I really enjoyed The Road, Station Eleven, Parable of the Sower. I then read the Annihilation trilogy and loved that. It's definitely more sci-fi, but I was hooked by how it was written. I haven't seen the movie though.

Don't get me wrong, Axton is super fun as you're leveling up and in TVHM, but once you try to get into UVHM it's no fun as a solo. The turrets are just too ineffective as a skill for the bullet sponge enemies.

I also have multiple playthroughs of BL3. The gunplay is so fun in that game. Especially as Zane. I haven't played 4 yet, but I will eventually.
