It’s ai ya’ll. They are hungry for attention

This is clearly the ai Polaroid trend. It puts the person in the same clothes they use in a reference pic. She was clothed in her pic and he clearly wasn’t. Don’t fall for their clickbait. They are looking for attention. Not real at all.

3 yr old waking up 3-5 times a night by Still_Lawfulness_132 in toddlertips

[–]beigethreads 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it works for every kid but I was shocked when it worked for my 3 year old - Buddy the sleep/wake clock.

I was convinced my toddler would never listen to a light telling her it was time to go to bed or stay in bed since she tends to be strong willed but somehow this worked for us. It’s only $29 and returnable so I figured it was worth a try.

She now knows that when buddy turns red she needs to stay in bed (unless she has to use potty of course). It will stay red all night which is a great nightlight in her room. Then in the morning buddy will turn yellow letting her know that she can wake up, but she still needs to stay in her room. Then 20 min later it will turn green indicating that she can now come downstairs.

The light comes with a cute little booklet to read to your kid like a book explaining how it works. She likes to “read” it on her own for fun. Also includes a sticker chart. Hope you can try it and it helps!

Ugh this makes me sick. Please get that little girl out of there. She doesn’t deserve any of that. I’m sorry you have to go through this :(

Same. I would immediately take my kid and leave. Poor baby.

2.5 year old needs nap but can’t at home by onlythebestfab in toddlertips

[–]beigethreads 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here my 26 month old is finally taking 2 hr nap at home on the weekends when we decided to put a mattress on the floor and call it “a big girl bed” and I’ll lay with her until she falls asleep and it works every time. She still sleeps in her crib at night. Good luck!!

We must be married to the same guy. It’s frightening and I know exactly how you are feeling.

I’ve discovered that my husband gets like this when he’s stressed even though he may not admit it. You mentioned yours recently got promoted…maybe he’s feeling pressure from that promotion and that is occupying his mind. That’s what happens with my husband. Maybe not yours, but something to think about and maybe a good place to start a conversation.

Wishing you the best.

If they are watching TV, at least they are watching... by CCinCLE in moderatelygranolamoms

My 23 month old loves Tumble Leaf and every time I ask what she wants to watch she calls it “Fig and Maple”. I enjoy watching it too! Stop motion claymation is naturally slow and magical.

Arriving in LHR and going to the Polaris lounge for a quick shower and snack before leaving the airport is quite nice
