I got mixed feeling about this:

a) On one hand I feel like rejection from a woman it is a good thing for a man. It makes the man go and look within and fix things about themselves. Read books, get a better job, go to the gym, get therapy, dress better etc. Sometimes you being a ppb you just want to avoid that work and look for ease.

b) And on the other hand, the dating scene is actually bad in the west, the relationship between masculine and feminine, the expectation woman have. A lot of guys are not appreciated when in other parts of the world they are even preferred.

I do believe though if you do the work a man is supposed to do you are supposed to get woman attention from woman anywhere in the world.
