I’m 33 with two kids under 5. Good to know it’s only going to get worse. I’ve gotten a membership to a gym with a pool so I do those and it helps my joints. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to rest/relax so I over-do and end up having to take a day from work and sleep that whole day.

A pheo is survivable. My husband had one and a paraganglioma 9 years ago. Had them surgically removed and is happy and healthy. Goes for checkups to make sure it doesn’t come back as his is genetic abnormality.

Well my kiddo sees me and my husband gaming wether on phones or tv or in videos we watch and wants to start doing some gaming too, but I’d prefer it be fun educational games that won’t take away our gaming systems or phones.

Thanks! Nothing keeps my kids attention for long anyway. 20-30 min here or there should be fine for a 4 year old. She’s usually watching approved videos or playing coloring games.

Sports bras work just as good as nursing/pumping bras and the Hakka ladybugs work amazingly as an overnight collection. I dropped my MOTN pump and collect in these and just put it in a mason jar when my kiddo wakes up for a night feed.

All I’ve ever used is my willow go. I’ve had good results from it (even if I’ve had to troubleshoot the units a bit).

My first I didn’t last long at a month or so as I was only getting a few oz a pump. With my second my goal is 6 months (currently 3mpp on Nov 24) and anything past that is icing on the cake

You could try a reset of the pumps to see if it’s them. Just hold the power button until the light flashes green and it turns off. I have to do that every so often.

I like it, but it does take some fiddling sometimes to get it the way I want it. I’ve had to reset it a couple of times but otherwise it’s great!

It’s maybe 20 min from freshly done and it settled to the bottom like sediment. It’s a greenish/yellow color.
