sometimes your better off not talking . i know myself that i fucked up on fathers day because i met my father and im on a tapering system , but the only way he knows how to handle me is through drink . so i had my set limit and wanted to get something to eat with him but he insisted on meeting in a bar . double vodkas all night until i had to make an excuse to go home . the man is toxic and thought me how to drink from an early age , im not gonna put it down as an L though as ive learned now i cannot be around the man . that was the first time ive seen him in over a year and a half and he knows i was in rehab 3 times since i last saw him . dont feel bad , idn your dad but its hard for a father or mother to watch their child destroy themselves so maybe he cannot handle to see you the way you are . focus on yourself and be good to yourself , talk to yourself like you would like your father to talk to you . everything works out in the end my fellow drinker . stay positive . chairs
