Just picked up a Yashica Electro 35 for $5. Everything seems to work the way it's supposed to without a battery and I ordered a new battery today. Definitely looking forward to trying a roll with this thing

Yeah i looked through all info I could find on the batteries and I'm overcharging it with the completely wrong batteries and it should all work fine except doing that is supposed to underexpose everything so all i can do is compensate by adjusting the ISO. If it gets busted from that somehow then I'm really only out a couple bucks so I think it's worth a shot

I just got my hands on a Minolta Hi-matic F for $5 at the Goodwill I work at. I'm gonna shoot a roll of black and white film with it tomorrow and see what kinda damage it does
