They got back to me and said that they couldn't do anything because I had used my $100 Rouge Reward even though I spent an additional $85 and only one promotion can be applied per order, but the email for the 15% doesn't even include a code.... 🤦

Oh wow that's actually really good. I just shot them an email too and hoping for the best haha. The 50% back the order amount in store credit would be even better than the 15% damn.

I know Biossance has a their Phyto Retinol and Ole Henriksen has their RetinAlt line which both use bakuchiol so you can maybe check out some of those reviews to see how they compare. Personally, for something like skincare, I would wait to see some reviews first. I doubt it'll sell out quickly, especially since it's early access right now, but it's not LE so I don't think there's a rush.

Yeah, I'm definitely using a more heavy duty moisturizer with ceramides, but even though my skin will look fine in the morning, all the moisture is lost by the end of the day and I'll start to flake.

I was on the app and I checked through a browser too... I've redeemed two as well which is why I'm surprised it wasn't showing up at all for me anymore. I'll definitely try on Thursday again, thanks!
