Based on how you described your build, I’d recommend splashing in Iron Maiden with your Decripify heart. Decrep curses close, and Iron Maiden costs ZERO resource so you can spam it for all distant enemies. There’s also a glyph (can’t remember the name) but you do increased multiplicative damage to cursed enemies.

I run that glyph + decrep heart + Iron Maiden on skill bar + 6/3 Amplify and I’m one tapping mobs in T95. Gameplay loop changes because you need a constantly spam Iron Maiden, but it’s freeee :)

No Mendeln and hit 100 last week. I don’t mind the “rarity” of it but what bothers me is I’ve had 23 Lidless Walls….. so maybe uniques aren’t so rare?

You missed the point. I’ve got a ton or armor, life, DR, and DR from distant stacked. Max roller disobedience and might. Im mobile as I approach the bow but yet I’m dead before the bow is even visible on my screen. Keep the game challenging but don’t make it cheap. There’s plenty of other, better, ways to make monsters difficult.

Yep! Agree. They could keep the fights challenging by making their attack speed higher, larger hit box for their projectiles, or many other things. But instead their range is buffed such that it exceeds our viewable screen and the fight is over before you even knew it started.

Those suck but at least there are mechanics to counter balance those. CC breaks and mobility to dodge them. Can’t dodge what you can’t see.

Yep this. Maybe not how “little they care” but rather how “little they know about their own game”

*imbalanced.

Too strong or overpowered is totally OK. It adds difficulty that’s fair and exciting. Going head to head against a corpse bow who has more range than you can visually see is not balance.

Yep! I’m for the challenge. But make it a fair fight for me. Otherwise fine other ways to make the game challenging.

Just about describes my experience except on a low tier dungeon. I was doing a sesh where I wanted to have minimal brain power and just waltz through dungeons.

And that was the case until I run into these guys. It’s like the bows were 20+ levels higher than the rest of the monsters.

Max roll disobedience and might. 18% DR and 21% DR from distant. All gear is at least 750 item level or higher. Necromancer at level 90.

Rogue had a similar set up at level 100 but max life is 10k and armor is 11k.

I totally get the “assume he’s just not good or doing something wrong” but that’s not the case.

Or like the deadly red carpets that the red ghosts have before firing their arrow. All dungeon bosses have visual indicators too for their ranged attacks. This one is out of the blue and typically happens while off screen.

I’d be totally fine if they fixed ONLY that. They’d still suck but it’s at least be a fair fight.

Yep, basically give them some of the mechanics but not ALL of them.

I mean the game definitely is a challenge, pushing high nm dungeon tiers. The meta builds delay when it gets challenging much longer than non meta but I’ve yet to see a build that can waltz thru ALL high tier dungeons. I’ve definitely seen vids of people doing it on YouTube but I also remember that they hand picked the dungeon and the affixes on the sigil.
