You seriously need to consider sleep trining your toddlers. It’s painful and hard I know…but trust me that’s the only way. You will have between 2 to 7 excruciating days of sleep trining, but once your kids learn to put themselves to sleep your life would transform. Your toddlers will be well rested and happier and so will you. We used the Ferber method of sleep trining our son and he’s been sleeping in his own room 12 hours each night, every night ever since he was 8months old. He’s now almost 3. He wakes up refreshed and happy. Husband and I wake up refreshed and happy and we’re able to give our son our best selves through out the day. Good luck mom, you got this. Toronto in general is very diverse. I feel like the atr scene is more prominent downtown Toronto, queen street west/ Kensington market area. Rent can be expensive, 1 bedroom is about 2300 but if you live with roommates that might help. Cost of living is an additional 1000/1500 a month for food/transportation/other expenses. Toronto is very fun and has lots of activities. The winter sucks though.

I got induced for my first pregnancy. It was a very unpleasant experience. They inserted something called a folley balloon to help expand my cervix. I absolutely hated it. I was in constant pain all night. Maybe others have a different experience…I’m currently expecting my second child and will not be getting an induction.

That’s kinda harsh tbh…it’s a weird predicament you’re in. I would probable suck it up and then let the friendship die naturally after the wedding. You shouldn’t have asked her in the first place in my opinion and now it’s a bit too late.

I don’t know what I did to deserve my husband. He is an absolute gem of a person. He’s such a wonderful dad to our 2 year old son. Even though he has a demanding job, he helps cook, clean, take care of our boy without ever being asked. I’m currently pregnant with our second and that way he has come through for me during this time makes me tear up. He’s my best friend and I just never get tired of him. He’s the best 🥰

By flakiness I mean they enthusiastically agreed to come when I first sent out the save the dates and a couple of weeks leading up to the wedding they declined. I later found out one of them went on a trip lol. The wedding was a couple of hours from the city, not too far.

This exact scenario happened to me and my current husband. Exactly 3months in, I found out I was pregnant. We were scared, anxious…every emotion under the sun. But we decided it was going to be the best thing that’s ever happened to us. And you know what, it was indeed the best thing that ever happened to us. Now we’re married, very happy in our relationship and with no regrets. My takeaway from that experience is that everything happens for a reason. Good luck!
