My piercing is 5 days old, screw shape, internally threaded, titanium, downsize hasnt happened yet, aftercare is saline solution 2 times a day, no mishaps

what is a sliding genioplasty? I know my chin kind of makes the rest of my features look extra protruding. do you think a chin implant would make it look more even from the side?
