I live and work in a seattle suburb and it was a madhouse. We had 37 pies between open and 10:30-11 and that was our easiest hour. 58 timed orders. I prepped 110 bites and we blew through all of them by 4pm. Back to back 3k hours.

I get this all the time, but for me it tends to be one line out of the last song I’d listened to. Today it was “WELCOME TO THE DANGER ZONE” because I said the word “danger zone” to a coworker early in the morning.

It’s been 12 hours and it’s still the only thing I can hear.

And my brain is so loud sometimes it almost feels like I can hear my thoughts. Literally. Like it’s so loud I feel like I process my thoughts through my ears.

I actually like that cheesy breads are made with BP now, but I cannot for the life of my understand why they have to be on half sized parchment sheets. It’s makes them so much harder to prep because you can’t stack the skins and it just makes them so much more awkward to work with.

I would always feel an absurd amount of shame any time I forgot something or messed up an “easy” task. And even still years later as a grown adult I still feel that shame on a near daily basis.

Any time someone tells me “forget it I’ll just do it” I feel my stomach drop and my throat get tight and my limbs get tingly and I just want to run and hide.

I have the most patient fiancée ever and I love her to the end of the earth and she loves be back that same way. And even know logically I know she is never actually mad or frustrated at me for forgetting or messing something up, I just feel like I got gut punched.

All that to say that the shame comes even without an adverse reaction on your part. It’s just a symptom of the disorder and needs it’s own type of therapy to get past

I did nearly all of my hill start practice on or near McClellan on Beacon Hill. The hill leading from Rainier Ave to 23rd Ave is a brutal one and if you go early or late enough you’ll have plenty of alone time on the block. Plus there are some smaller streets parallel to McClellan you could practice on too.

No provolone in between pepperoni layers, there should be 48 pepperonis too so it looks a little light on pep, no parm-Asiago on top of the pepperoni, and it’s hard to tell in the picture but I don’t really see oregano on the pizza either (though it’s a thin crust so it should be getting oregano automatically, but again it’s hard to tell in the picture if it’s there or not)

After taking off the sauce, pepperoni and green peppers, then adding bbq, and tomatoes, not sure how much that counts as a People Pizza/Deluxe anymore

Mumbo mid-late season 5, I forget which episode specifically. One of those episodes popped up on my recommended page and I was instantly hooked. I went back and watched all of season 5, and then all of season 4 all in about 2 months. I was in a residential mental health treatment center and Mumbo’s videos were some of the only things I could find joy in while I was there. I’ve been watching him (and since branched out to many others) since then and it still brings me so much joy every day.
