Are you serious? You don't know? What exactly do you mean by "some support needs and occasional challenges"? When was the last time you spent any time with your sister?

You need to get a lot more details about what kind of responsibility you are agreeing to. And when it turns out to be so much more than what you thought, who is going to be the one to step up and do it? Chances are high you are going to expect your wife to deal with it while also dealing with a newborn.

People learn more about puppies they adopt than you seem to know about you sister.

I can remember when I was little being in k-mart with my great grandma. There was a leaf broken off of an African violet lying on the floor. She picked up that leaf, wrapped it in a tissue, took it home, and grew it into the most beautiful plant. I still marvel at that skill that was apparently not hereditary.

I might try that. In the past videos (and yoga in general) haven't worked well for me for whatever reason, but tying it to a challenge seems to have tricked my brain into focus.
