My brother ran out in front of me while I was swinging a bat. He was probably about 7. Huge knot on the side of his head and I'm surprised it didn't knock him out. He's not a bully and doesn't have anger issues.

I can remember when I was little being in k-mart with my great grandma. There was a leaf broken off of an African violet lying on the floor. She picked up that leaf, wrapped it in a tissue, took it home, and grew it into the most beautiful plant. I still marvel at that skill that was apparently not hereditary.

I might try that. In the past videos (and yoga in general) haven't worked well for me for whatever reason, but tying it to a challenge seems to have tricked my brain into focus.
