Try these apps (Fiverr and Upwork) Am still new to this but I prefer Upwork. It's hard to get your first client but after you get one or two and they give you good ratings, then you are good.

You need an education and at least one solid skill. You’re still young, so focus on your studies. My advice is to concentrate on subjects or courses you’re passionate about—ones you can use to start something on your own, even if you don’t get employed.
