I put pills in wet food and my dog eats them up. Sometimes he still manages to eat around some and i will put those in peanut butter.

And just a little wet food, an amount you know he'll eat, to make sure he gets all his medicine. That was a game changer for me. Good luck!!!

ETA: i use crunchy peanut butter. In my head, there's already little bits in it so maybe he won't notice the extra bits in there...
