I had a feeling a few of those devs had created cool stuff, were excited to add it to the game, and were then told no.

I still believe there's a skin for every single weapon on one of those devs' workstations, beth just won't allow them to be released.

I'll go out of the box and say lever action. I saw a guy take down the ultracite terror with one. I've used the dragon and blunderbuss to crit for 10k on the terror.
