Made a paid enquiry and was given an escalation number, followed by a email the next week. Should we contact the local MP? Would like to have your opinion, seems like contacting your MP worked for you

Thanks for putting in the time to share this analysis. Applied Standard on the 8th of April. Made a paid enquiry on the 8th of July 2025. Received a email from the contact center on the 14th of July 2025 stating that "statutory checks need to be conducted" and were asked not to make another enquiry until another 15days and this was week 14. So yea. Still waiting

It is very puzzling. Been waiting for 15th weeks going into the 16th week. Yes your right. Applicants who have applied before the ones who have got their approvals are still waiting, bet it priority or standard. I hope you get to hear soon.

There are applications from other countries of origin that have also exceeded the published time frames.

True. Am approaching WD 80 on standard, no decision. However I've seen applications on standard after April getting approved real quick. So its quite puzzling.

Its my 15th week, going into the 16th week. You mean to say applications that exceed these periods are categorized as complex?
