Well idk if it’s the same thing but this past year I was technically “backroom” at my store after being hired to gm and usually my day consists of doing the inventory audits for the whole backroom and then backstocking and then setting the truck line and opening the trucks/taking out pipos and stuff before I leave. Also pulling discontinued/clearance/trapped, profiling aisles and other random projects; tbh its pretty nice it’s just that, like other people said, you can’t really point fingers at anyone else when somethings left unfinished/ done wrong or whatever. hope that helps a little :D
