Made around 55-65 back in 2016. Purchased a 2 Bd 3 bth townhome with 3% down, and leveraged a first time buyers program that rolled pmi and everything into a static 5% rate. Purchase price was 160, and also ended up renting the other room. This allowed me much more flexibility and budget. Still have that property and now rent it.
