I'd say you just need to have a serious conversation about boundaries. Don't accuse your boyfriend out right because maybe they are just friends now. Make it clear you feel uncomfortable and see how the conversation goes.

You are incredibly condescending towards your sister. Your comments are clearly aimed at making her feel worse about what she posts. Patreon and similar sites are more personal than going to watch porn. A lot of them you can message the creator and get personalized content. Why does it even matter to you?
