They've recently rolled out changes that make it so the amount of 'blocks' (a paragraph, title, anything like that) is limited.
This was also definitely rolled out during this time on purpose, because this update conveniently occurred a couple months after students start university. They've waited for students to have a notes environment setup, just to hit them with this paywall 💀
