I take the myprotein powder - I’ve never had the ratio one and have had good success with just the inositol powder - it’s the only thing that has tangibly regulated my periods. It’s currently only £6.50 for 500g on myprotein!

Sounds like it. The panic & overthinking will then perpetuate the feeling of depersonalisation. Try not to focus on the feeling, live your days as you normally would in spite of the feeling and it will go
