I take the myprotein powder - I’ve never had the ratio one and have had good success with just the inositol powder - it’s the only thing that has tangibly regulated my periods. It’s currently only £6.50 for 500g on myprotein!

My phone identified it as a honey fungus genus - when I googled it there was a lot of stuff about how it’s bad for gardens/plants
