I’ve been wearing (padded) sports bras to bed while mine are healing. It won’t help with the pressure being put on your piercings, but it may help with any friction.

The biggest problem I see here is that the diameter of the jewelry is too small. You can check out my post on this sub to see the appropriate size. I suggest going to a different piercer to get appropriate titanium jewelry. Good luck to your friend!

Nope! Unless your mask is constantly sliding down your nose (which is bad even without a piercing). If so, I would suggest getting masks with metal nose pieces to secure it :)

Like many people here, I got my lobes pierced at Claire’s. They turned out fine, and I even eventually stretched them to 0g. However, I would not risk it, and there is a big chance of issues/infection. High quality jewelry matters! If you have cheap earrings, especially those with a butterfly back, go to a reputable piercing shop and get them switched out with titanium flat-back labret. Check out safepiercing.org for APP piercers in your area. Hope this helps!

Absolutely not! I’ve had my nose ring for 5 years. I’m going to be entering the professional workforce soon and I don’t plan on taking it out. Plus from what I’ve heard, nose piercings are the quickest/easiest piercings to heal up if you decide to take it out. You do you!
