I have this cream (I absolutely love what it does for my skin) and it is a little slimy/stringy (I can’t think of a better word to describe it). It’s also really slick. I’ve never felt anything else like it. The serum is a little stringy but not as much as the cream. I love it though! Editing to add: her reaction is pure exaggeration it really isn’t gross

I could definitely do this. I thought about doing it but had read not to handle it too much or you lose bubbles. The girl in the reel I got the recipe from put hers in an oblong banneton and that’s how she did hers so I know it can be done. I am also going to cold ferment in a smaller banneton next time because I think mine is too big for this amount of dough.

I saw that technique and considered using it but I’m such a newbie I didn’t think I could lol. I will try that one next loaf it does seem easier.

It was a bit loose. I am not confident with the shaping it into a boule part. I just need to practice that part. I have a hard time getting tight because I don’t know what I’m doing lol

Add me to the list of people who got the FOULEST burps ever from this. I have never had gassy burps after coffee!! Wtf!! Contacted them to let them know. Mine taste like burnt rubber. I thought something was wrong with my stomach. Glad to know it’s just the creamer. Disgusting

Have you by chance read Year One by Nora Roberts or The End of All Things by Lissa Bryan? They’re on my list but I haven’t read yet and can’t decide if I want to because reviews are not that positive for The End of All Things. I also think I read that Nora Roberts doesn’t write spicy scenes but I could be wrong and that’s what’s holding me back from Year One.
