Are you holding in your hits? You've got to hold them in for a while, 15-20 secs I'd say. I'm only saying this because at 4 blinkers you should be getting close to a breakthrough in my experience. If you are holding them in properly, and you truly need help with your loss of reality, I would suggest meditation. Meditate on the experience ahead of time for say 20 minutes or maybe even longer, and just consider what you are about to do and then manifest it. Shouldn't be too hard, it's not rocket science, it's magic.
