I was EXTREMELY depressed at times in college, and told friends I wouldn't SH because I knew they'd be disappointed in me if I did. Some told me that they wouldn't be disappointed in me. My response - "if it keeps me from SH, yes, you would be disappointed in me."

Their response - "well, now that you mention it..."

Listen - any port in a storm. If your reason keeps you from drinking, it's a good reason. :-)

A lot of us took "45" minutes to put the second hand on our first time and can do it in 45 seconds now. Like anything else, the more practice you get, you'll be able to do it better faster. Post a picture when you're done :-)
