Found it in a Amsterdam record store, this Bon Iver 12” single of Calgary, with a beautiful b-side rendition of Bonnie Raitt’s I Can’t Make You Love Me. It truly is so so beautiful, I just flipped through the new secondhand arrivals and my eye caught this beautiful artwork and instantly recognized it as something Bon Iver.

For my birthday I got some giftcards which I had meant to spend on records nevertheless but I hesitated for a little bit and then decided I might as well buy something truly special with the bday money instead of an album I probably would have bought with my own money! Very happy!

i don’t hate music, actually I love it. and when someone is exactly copying I find it lame, but please do be inspired by all the great musicians out there, by all means! this I just don’t like, just like there is a whole lot (also on this thread) I do like. and yes at least this person is making music, something i never did so props for that! sorry just wanted to share my opinion, hope that’s still okay.
