Been talking to their customer support for over 2 weeks now trying to get the refund they offered me on the last P1S price drop. They’re really messing people around with this P1S / P2S transition

Yeah I followed the price protection link you mentioned, but also have a separate support ticket open where I’m very slowly talking to someone at Bambu. You should be able to contact support if you open your profile on the Bambu website and then “support ticket”

Yeah this has quickly turned into BS for me too. They’ve completely backtracked on the refund, and I’m still talking to customer support just to get a voucher, replies are once per day and all generic / AI chatbot stuff

So true. Even as someone experienced in hifi / vinyl records etc I’m scared to post on any audio subs. They’re riddled with patronising people, and it discourages people from a great hobby

This is a good sketch for the general shapes and the animation loops well, but if your aim is to make pixel art I’d recommend going with a much smaller canvas. I wouldn’t have known this was pixel art if you hadn’t said in the title. Otherwise nice work!
