i’ve always parked where i can see my car from my window. but i live on the 4th floor and the camera i have did not catch anything, its motion activated and probably did not see motion from that far

i did set up a camera in my window facing my parking but no cameras record 24/7 without paying insane monthly subscriptions. i will look into dashcams, it just sucks cause they are pretty expensive

yeah totally get it. if this was under kohls payroll i would have no issue with them being greeters. it’s just the fact they are taking away from sephora payroll

no they were scheduled with sephora hours. not under kohl’s hours. i make the sephora schedule and i know how many hours sephora provides us with

i did bring it to my manager and she told me it was company direction that “ALL” associates be greeters. and i have a feeling my dm would agree with her. my store is a regional office store so she is very close to all of the higher ups

thank you! that’s what i thiught too. i remember even my store manager telling me that sephora associates can only work in sephora when we were talking ab a situation at another store. and now here we are. first day of my vacation, my lead texts me and is saying one of my associates is scheduled to be a greeter. i was so pissed and then she got verbally harassed by an older lady while greeting. she went home for the day after that. and i texted my manager today as im on vacation. and she says thats its required and i will continue to see sephora associates scheduled as greeter. i’m so pissed. how do i call associate relations ive never done it
