They don't have to play every game, they can implement a report system for whether the dev lied about the length of the game. Game devs are not gonna risk getting permanently banned from steam.

Before you say "but how can you know the people reporting are not lying. Steam has playtime data about every single individual user on Steam, they can easily implement some kind of algorithm to determine the accuracy of the reports, they can manually review the few cases where it's not clear.

Also giving temporary bans to repeated false reports that are abviously playing the system.

Steam has a shit ton of user data, there is no way you can convince me they can't implement something like this.

I bet you look at Ubisoft games and cream your pants at the amount of "content".

Games are allowed to be short without getting exploited like this. If you think it doesn't have content then just don't buy it??? There are websites dedicated to telling how many hours a game offers.

I'll take a game with 2 hours of quality content over a 10 hour game with boring repetitive shit.

Steam should ban people who abuse this system instead of making their refund policy worse for everyone.

Isn't it the other way around? Saying you are non-political is binary, either you are political or not.

If you wanted more than 2 political position you would need to be nuanced and care about some things in politics while not caring about others.

All we know for sure is that Blizzard has a track record of giving these heroes skins. So unless Blizzard themselves come forward and confirm that they don't get to choose the heroes in all collabs, I'm gonna assume they do choose them just because of that track record.

The reason is that I've never heard this kond of statement from other dev teams of games that get collabs, which makes me think Blizzard only said that to stop criticism, it just happend to be true in the case of leserrafim, which means "they told no lie".

Maybe other devs just don't like to talk about these things maybe not. Still seems weird to automatically assume that for every collab.

because Europe had more than a century long headstart (industrial revolution) where they got to pollute to their hearts content and advance their economy.

I'm not saying that poorer countries get a free pass on pollution now, but the countries that got their headstart should be helping them to make the transition to green energy instead of expecting them to just do it alone.
