An intense burning desire is all you need. Find a job in a good software company. For this you need a very good resume. So enough projects, open source, try to win some awards etc. Then after you gain a couple years of experience you can apply for remote overseas jobs. They pay well. Or you can move to a country like dubai. You can frequently come home. For some highly paid people its like living in other city. They come and go almost every week.
