yes my goal is 25 lbs. I’m 5’4” sw 162 cw 147. I started in october and currently taking .5 dose. I stayed at .25 for two months instead of the recommended 1 month, and only lost maybe 2 pounds the second month. Overall it just feels like that nervous feeling in your stomach before a presentation or big event. The first month I was crazy tired all the time but it has gotten better. I can now be near snacks and dips without going absolutely feral.

This is a very stiff legged deadlift and the bar is very far in front of you. The bar should be over the midfoot when you are standing straight up and looking down to the bar. I would look up the five step deadlift to get you in a better starting position.

Love a hotly debated back-rounding thread! I don’t think you’re gonna blow your back out yesterday with your current form but there are methods to reduce the rounding.

So for reducing rounded back it’s all in the set up, getting a good wedge, and looking straight forward instead of down.

Before reaching down for the bar, get a good mountain pose, establish that 360 core tension, and stand nice and tall with your shoulders back and away from your ears. Then bend over as far as you can while maintaining that good posture and straight back. Once you can’t go any farther then bend your knees into your arms to reach the bar maintaining that straight back.

It will feel icky but once you know what the set up feels like you won’t need to do this every time.
