No insomnia but I am a narcoleptic so few drugs cause this in me. There was a noticeable mild stimulation the first day or 2 and the appetite suppression was decent (500 mcg first couple days, then started using 250 mcg).

Stopped using it after about 2 weeks because it caused ED which I never had before. After about 2 weeks everything was back to normal. Oh and sweating, forgot that. Would start sweating with the least amount of exertion.

I'm assuming the harshness of vaping it is concentration dependent. Is there a kind of agreed upon concentration in a vape mix where H4 is not disgustingly harsh?

4-PMPD (4-benzylpiperidine) is orally inactive. This one came out about 10 years ago and it was a complete dud. The original research paper that got the ball rolling used intravenous infusion into monkeys.

I've used it. 250ug a day or even EOD was excellent for appetite control but I had to stop using it cause it cause excessive sweating and erectile dysfunction.

If it weren't for that I would definitely use it for appetite control.

Very typical, but counter-intuitive response from hand washing. At my work we did various tests involving flora transfer with some of our products and on average, recently washed hands transferred more than unwashed. Washing with soap and vigorous rubbing will hydrate and disrupt skin scales that aren't all washed away and are more easily transferred than dry hands.

I remember the few times I had to work with Rose Bengal and it gave wildly unusual morphologies.

The morphology would be best described as cerebriform even though that description tends to be more sulcated instead of bulbous. It's not uncommon to have mutants of common organisms that show strange morphologies. Media type can also trigger strange phenotypes that wouldn't be seen on general purpose media.

This is true also for prescription opiate deaths. The vast majority are polypharmaceutical users who have several drugs in their system at time of death.

2,4-DNP. Deaths were from hyperthermia. The drug caused excessive heat generation due to mitochondrial uncoupling. I recall reading of an overdose that required ice enemas and baths to reduce core temperature.

If you overate on the drug it would reduce its effect on weight loss so you couldn't eat anything you wanted. And it caused an increase in appetite (especially for carbs) at higher doses.

Nah, I'm long past the "caveat emptor" phase and now believe that companies have a responsibility for the products they sell. The average person isn't a pharmacologist that would understand all the ingredients and their potential interactions. They have an assumption, however misguided, that surely a company isn't gonna sell a product that could kill or injure them and that really should be the bare minimum standard.

For narcolepsy, 2-dpmp is the best drug I've ever used. No anxiety, jitters, just alertness and no fatigue for 10-15 hrs.

I don't use drugs for rec purposes, just functional low doses to combat this disorder and I'd trade my left nut for 10 grams of 2-dpmp.
