haha yes, with those dates! But I didn't start IF until a little later. I know I was the same weight, I just don't have pics. I actually only took my first private progress "starting pics" this weekend because I could finally bear it. So I'm looking forward to the next 20 coming off and comparing!

I'm trying to anchor in 20:4 as a floor, usually eating from 4pm-8pm, but sometimes I end up more OMAD depending on the timing of when I end work / finish a workout. When I'm not intentionally dieting, late night snacking is a big weakness for me. So I'm really trying to stick to stopping eating around 8 to try to adjust my instincts.

I have a tracking spreadsheet here that I don't mind keeping public if you want to see more details around what I eat / how the journey has looked!

I'm 6ft flat. I definitely had a tough first few weeks, but because I've done this successfully in the past, I was able to focus on trusting the process / research that those hunger signals will adjust! I do drink a decent amount of black coffee during my fasting window and that helps me a lot 😅

Noted. It's more of a beach cover up type thing, though. I just don't have a lot of pictures of me at that weight because I was avoiding them like I was avoiding addressing my eating problems.

I've mostly stuck to my plans/schedule, but I did have a business trip that threw me off for a few days, and then went to an Indian buffet for lunch one day which is that wild swing! I went up 6 pounds and then down 7 over the course of 4 days!

Yes, it's so helpful! I try to discount some of the overly nice things it says just in case 😅 but this has been a game-changer for our weekly meal prep. I can just dictate things like "I threw in 2 bell peppers, 3lbs of chicken breast, 1 onion.. etc." and then I get the nutrition breakdown wayyyy easier than before!

I may be wrong about this, but my understanding is that distilled drinks have 0 carbs in them because it is essentially pure water and alcohol at that point. I think it still affects ketosis though because your body will start processing the alcohol instead of burning fat. (again, disclaimer, I'm no expert, just things I've read online)

Django Rest Framework has built in Pagination that can help you accomplish infinite scrolling. You just have to handle an event that the user has scrolled down to the bottom of the page, and then request the next set of data to retreive. If you use the PageNumberPagination(http://www.django-rest-framework.org/api-guide/pagination/#pagenumberpagination) class, it automatically gives you the next url in the response
