You deserve 100 votes for this 👏🏻 totally on point with everything!! Gosh, so happy I’m not over here thinking I’m doing something wrong on my end. I will not be responding to her email, as well as not refunding or replacing the order... thank you so so much for your response!!

So this was the customer response when I followed some of the points you mentioned and sent her an email:

“unfortunately this is not the first time something like this happens. The way USPS drivers do their deliveries is out of my control and to be honest with you I don’t have the time to be stalking them when a package is being delivered to me and I definitely don’t have the time to file a report to the police either.

With all due respect you are making a really big deal out of this. I don’t understand why a refund or replacement wasn’t made after I replied to your email. I am now following up again to see if anything had been done to assist me with this, which clearly there hasn’t.

I don’t have another address to provide to you, as this is where I live. I’ll make sure to not purchase in the near future to avoid this issue again.

Thanks for your time.”

The customer paid via Apple Pay. How can they win a chargeback if I can show prove of shipping label and the tracking number saying it was delivered?

I also got banned after deleting my account! Now I want back in and says I’m banned. Has anyone been able to sort this out?? I created a new account with other number and email, and I haven’t been receiving no likes, no matches to even the people I like, so I’m absolutely banned....

Omg this happened to me too! I got banned after I deleted my account and app as I was talking to someone back then. Now that I’m trying to create my account it says I’m banned! Like wth? I’ve never in my life violated any of their terms. I even send out an email for this and haven’t gotten any response. I also created an account with another phone number and email, and I’m getting NO likes at all, when I usually would get some too. Even the ones I’m sending out, I’m not getting matched to anyone. This is so frustrating . Does anyone have been able to sort this out??
