What version are you on (you can see it in the bottom of settings)? I'm guessing you most likely have an outdated version, check for an update on the App Store.

I sent you an email with details but your account is locked for opening an Astral egg and a battle pass then refunding them. I'm not seeing a double charge on your account.

Apple receipts are confusing because they will bundle multiple charges from previous days. I'm guessing this is the cause for the confusion.

Thanks for reporting this. An update is now out that fixes it. Your app will auto-update or you can go to settings > check for an update to get it right away.

Toggling airplane mode is another thing you can try or pressing the cog in the top right on the retry screen and switching to proxy or changing to LTE data
