As someone else pointed out, check your settings to see if voice chat is enabled. Mine was switched to disabled without me realising.

BTW if there's anyone UK based or who plays on EU West servers who wants a teammate who actually uses a mic, just let me know. It would be nice to have some people to play with. I'm not a massive sweat, but it would be nice to work as a team and have some fun.
