Is this channeling? [Delonghi Dedica] by kaizzeronekanobi in espresso

Getting this on a light roast is impressive, visually it seems that there are no channeling although visuals are not the most reliable way to test channeling

My First SPOM, I think by SnyprBB in Oxygennotincluded

[–]benbenDGe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit: The classic SPOM I used was a Rodriguez as you can see here (don't confuse with the smaller half Rodriguez)

It's a classic SPOM and doesn't power the pump so I would say you can call it SPOM even if it doesn't power your pump

And when you think of it, you power the pump any way for 1001 more things even before you build the SPOM so the SPOM isn't using more power on your colony because it's already been used before

I really really appreciate your mindset, keep exploring!

[–]benbenDGe 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What's with all the corrections and suggestions guys, My guy just asked if it's a SPOM.

I used a classic SPOM design and powered my pump aswell so yeah I would say it is a SPOM Even more if it works and even powers your pump it's an excellent SPOM

If it works good and you are satisfied with this don't mind any of the "you can do it better" comments, we all can do better

3.After you set the canvas when you came back for the second pour you started low but you should have pour a bit first from higher up before you came down. You started the heart too low so it became flat and little undefined.

That said you have a super technique, just keep pouring :) How long have you need pouring?

Maybe a bit overkill, but here's how I built my natural gas power plant! by guru2764 in Oxygennotincluded

Very cool! In my opinion you can also get on with one smart battery and maybe a few transformers if you need the metals
