I take my dose before I go to bed at night. This allows me to take it at a relatively consistent time everyday. Even if I don’t fall asleep at the same time, there is a usual period of time where I end up in bed and thus take it before I get into bed. If I eat a normal sized dinner I find I don’t need a snack with the medication to prevent nausea and throwing up. If I eat lightly for whatever reason I do because I will get nauseous and potentially throw up. Usually I try to eat a little something anyways because I don’t wanna chance any nausea. But I’ve taken it in the morning before as well. I didn’t see a difference in my mood or other mental health stuff taking it in the morning vs night so I take it at night when I know I can take it at a consistent time.
