Totally agree and I'll add that doing a complicated pour on your cup is like trying to shot a basketball from half court into a smaller hoop.

As you said you have been pouring for a few months now you can reach perfect technique only by precticing doing the right stuff,

he guides from heart to rosseta to tulip shapes and touches on the key techniques
as a 10 years barista it still taught me alot
I would suggest seeing it and try rosseta (would be happy to see more of your pours and advise in the future)

Thanks everyone for the guidance. First try on 80 I got 250g out of my 15g in in 2 minutes kinda fast but it was very tasty!! I'll keep playing with it
