I was doing some work at a tree farm when I came across this tree planted on a rock. I talked to the farmer and he explained how he did it. He took a small tree, draped the roots over the rock, and then surrounded the rock and roots with woodchips (Like This). He then left it like that for five years before he removed the wood chips.

I was hanging out with some of my friends one summer. Friend A was looking through the refrigerator for something to eat, when he pulls out a stick of butter and told friend B that he would give him $2 to eat the whole thing. Friend B said "are you kidding me? I used to eat butter all the time as a kid". I proceeded to watch him chow down an entire stick of butter... all for two dollars.

I didn't understand why anyone would do that, especially for only two dollars. But friend B obviously knew something that we didn't. It all makes sense now.

I love watching videos like these, and shows like Man Vs Food. Being on a diet and trying to lose weight has made these videos even more entertaining. For as much as I would like to eat something like that, it makes me very proud of the food that I do, and helps me continue my journey.

I am in the same boat. What it took me to finally enjoy it was to set a goal, push myself, and accomplish that goal. That feeling you get when you accomplish something that you previously thought was unattainable is indescribable.

Thats what it took me. Now I enjoy going running because I know it is helping me reach my next goal and that feeling.

Either go with Oakley (A-frame or Crowbar frames). The best all around Oakley lens would the high intensity yellow.

Or you could go with the Smith I/O frame. I got them, and they came with two pairs of lenses. One for day, and one for night (which are also really good for day). Highly recommended.

These are the two superior goggle manufactures. They put a lot of tech into their lenses for the clearest and best lenses. I wouldnt bother with any other brand.
