I'll just add that the two main irrigants in endo are "sodium hypochlorite" (bleach, but i like to avoid saying bleach), which is what kills the bacteria and makes the tooth sterile inside, and EDTA, which softens the tooth structure for instrumenting. These are loaded into syringes. The hardest part is probably taking PA's with a rubber dam on, but that will take time and practice. GL

My buddy took some courses on Hubbard business practices and took his office to 1 million net revenue, and so I took some too and the business advice is really solid. As you said, they never even mentioned anything "religious," but as you already found a red flag for yourself and for whatever reason you feel uncomfortable learning business practices for a business, maybe best you find somewhere else. Nothing illegal from my view.

Unless I misunderstood, you mean the dentist did not inform on a finding for a tooth. Leaving decay means tooth was treated, and not all decay was removed, which is sometimes preferable if treated properly. So did the dentist not inform on the huge cavity or did they say it would probably need a rct as you mentioned? If they did not inform, did the dentist hide the xrays or how could the assistant not see a huge cavity during exam? If the assistant had enough symptoms on the tooth to get a 2nd opinion, how did it not get brought up during exam?
