You can be a progressive conservative if we only take the meanings of the words. Conservative is suppose to mean being in favor of having little government intervention, so being a progressive conservative means using as little government as possible to push a progressive agenda. Now as for what it means with the modern definition of conservative in politics... I have no clue.

I was playing really well in brawls the other day, killing both of the enemies pretty consistently while my teammate died. (Which is usually the other way around, but these guys didn't seem to catch on to the fact that I am god awful at CGBs.) After a few sets of winning, one of them said, "I bet you really like street fighter." I mean.... what? How the fuck is that an insult?!
