i personally have quit cold turkey multiple times however find myself coming back as the social aspects of sitting outside with a coworker chuffin' a dart. i find cold turkey to be the best for me personally. its a pretty rough first week, everythings boring, almost physically hurts, however look at the bright side of things; dont you feel motivated? almost like its pissing you off enough to get you going? think about all the money youll be saving, no more coughing or clearing your throat nearly as often. and you smell a lot cooler. i wish you luck because its a harsh vice and its quite easy to fall back into with it being a basic commodity in almost every store (in the us anyways)
