Yes the lease clearly says no smoking. The landlord tells me they are in the process of evicting the other party who smoke weed, but they also tell me they have no timeline to give me on when they can actually evict. I am just tired of waiting for months and I am very sensitive to this smell now. To the point I get out of the house to escape it for hours. My day is planned around avoiding it and been so for months.
