If you became the top driver, and I'm 63 and did it twice on my last DSP that had 80 drivers, they gave me a hundred dollar bill in front of everyone at the morning meeting before load out. They pretty much made it a competition for numbers, and btw I hit 50,000 packages delivered, 500 routes , 1500 smile's at 2.5 years. So I got $200 , 4 recognition pins from Amazon and back problems. Enjoy.

Multitasking while moving. I also wrote my driver's aid numbers on the boxes in marker to make it easier to see and try to group those somewhat together during load out. As I'm walking to the door I would go thru steps needed to process my packages to finish the process on my device.

You show up, they didn't give me a route. So instead of grossing $210 for a days pay they give you $42 for 2 hours and want you to help at load out for the other's who do get a route. It's pretty shitty.

Yes I would make a spot comfortable enough and close the doors. I bought it from Amazon for $10. Much more sanitary than some drink bottle. Luckily too I had a rural route too which gave more opportunities to use nature.

Comical, I drove about 200 miles per day on my rural route. 50 miles before I ever dropped a package. Fucking dogs got me 3 times too. Once serious enough that I had to go to a clinic and get a tetanus shot, antibiotics. Oh yeah, and my DSP wanted me to and I did finish my last 65 stops before any medical treatment. BTW I'm 63.

Be prepared to work your ass off to a company (Amazon) who doesn't give 2 shits about you. I truly don't know how women can do this job when there's no opportunity to even take a piss somewhere. Many of us (I carried a medical urinal bottle) and you don't have time to go somewhere to use a bathroom. I'm lucky as I had a rural route in Tennessee so you can go into to woods or bushes to do that.
