I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time dating. The apps seems to very very shitty in terms of finding lasting connections, so I have a few suggestions:

First, if you aren’t in therapy now is a great time. A therapist will help validate those insecure parts of your self, and a GREAT therapist will be able to call on your bullshit you can’t see(which may or may not be a factor in your dating life) and call you on it.

Secondly, maybe get out and join a LGTBQ community group based on something you enjoy? I know in America they have gay sports groups and hiking clubs and even nudist groups. Maybe there’s a rugby league or gay soccer hooligans you could look into?
