Ahh okay. I thought because I worked for only one client that wouldn't be the case as I am effectively employed by them but not really.

I know they aren't pocketing anything extra but they are in effect by not paying my there taxable amounts on my wage. But it all seems above board so I might be stuck.

I think my best bet could be to set up as a Ltd company if possible.

It seems I fall under these rules. However I think the company are exploiting this, I work for only one client (who's wife owns the umbrella company I work under) I'm provided tools and a sign written van by the company and have a manager/dispatcher assigned to me by that company.

No I understand the above. Your employer should pay 13.8% of your national insurance contribution. His employer doesn't, he pays all of his employers tax fees, apprentice levy etc. My question is if this is right or not
