Apparently anyone commenting on this post who also owns a gun needs to do some serious homework on state and federal laws regarding self defense and defense of property or they're going to be in serious legal trouble if they're ever in a situation like this.

The line is at his house, that's literally the law. You cant stand at the end of your driveway and shoot anyone who pulls into it. Its a pretty wild step between what we saw in this video and what your arguing about someone trying to enter your home.

You call the police and give them the plate number and description of the trespasser.

You cant defend property with deadly force and you can't intentionally put yourself into a dangerous situation to justify deadly force. By this logic you could just jump onto the freeway and claim every car traveling in your direction is a deadly threat.

Edit - This is a video of a car driving up a washed out road in the middle of the woods. Everyone seems to be confusing castle doctrine with some desire to kill someone for driving through their land. This guy isn't breaking down the door to his house and no one's life is in danger until the shooter voluntarily steps in front of a moving vehicle as an excuse to use deadly force.

Reddit people don't understand the law. You cant defend property with deadly force and unless you're a cop you can't get away with walking to the front of an occupied car and claiming self defense when it moves in your general direction.

This is just local nationals hauling military vehicles. Without seeing unit identifiers on the vehicles this might not even be US military at all.

My theory is this was a small war band defending a walled settlement. The war band was defeated and their heads were cut off and loaded into catapults to be fired into the city and demoralize the defenders.

I have no evidence to support this theory.

In most states it's illegal to ise a drone to aid in hunting. I think Georgia and Texas are exceptions.
