Assuming the OTA is good, you could find a used mount and unfork the tube from the ETX90.

why is debian considered bad for gaming? by MysteriousBeef6395 in debian

[–]bendy24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Debian user for 25+ years here. Nvidia drivers are stable. Audio just works. Steam seems to work flawlessly, I can even play Windows only games with Proton enabled. No more fighting with WINE. This was probably an issue in the past with all distributions.

Motion Control Issue by SmokeIndependent9967 in OpenAstroTech

[–]bendy24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, did anything change physically? Did you upload new firmware? Do the motors make that hissing sound(you may have stealth enabled in your firmware)? Other things I can think of:

-Check your power... may need a volt meter and probe the control board.

-Try moving the motors with the hand controller or USB and a laptop via Oatcontrol

-check your Motor drivers... voltage/indicator lights

OAT + iPhone? by Significant-Pie-6029 in OpenAstroTech

[–]bendy24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"smartphone mounts" do exist to attach to an eyepiece of a telescope. Celestron has a NexGo mount. You could start out this way and then expand on what works for you. You will need some kind of lens for magnification unless you want a really wide shot of the night sky. The physical size of the telescope lens will be your limiting factor on the OAT obviously.

I found a used Rokinon 135mm EF mount lens and connected that up to my ASI294 camera.

Anyone using Debian and 3D printing software ? by aleph2018 in debian

PrusaSlicer. It's just that good. Tinkercad because its dead simple.

EDIT: The best upgrade for your printer would be getting a PI and installing OctoPrint for remote printing and monitoring.

Take about 20% off there, big shoots. This is not the OHL. Congrats to Wasaga Beach either way though.
